We specialise in tackling the hard problems in data and analytics, working primarily with Microsoft Data & AI technologies to help clients at every stage of their journey. About the role
We are seeking a Data Engineer looking to grow their skills delivering data solutions on Microsoft Fabric across multiple client engagements. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and architects, contributing to real client delivery while developing your platform expertise and consulting skills. There’s real room to grow here, shape how we work, and make your mark as we scale.
This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be based in Europe or the UK to enable occasional travel to client sites.
Required Tools and Technologies:
• Microsoft Fabric – Lakehouses, Warehouses, Data Factory, Notebooks, Dataflows Gen2
• Apache Spark and Python – our primary languages for transformation and pipeline logic
• SQL – complex, high-performance queries across Fabric and other compute engines
• OneLake, Delta Lake, and medallion architecture patterns
• Git source control
Other technology we value, but isn’t essential:
• Power BI and semantic modelling
• Streaming – Azure Stream Analytics, Event Hubs, Real-Time Intelligence
• Databricks or other Spark engines
• Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code tooling
• Microsoft Purview or equivalent data governance tooling
Skills and Approaches:
• Ability to gather and clarify requirements with guidance
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts – data quality and pipeline resilience
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and SDLC
• An understanding of data governance concepts
• Understanding of Data modelling and transformation techniques
• Writing clean, readable, testable code
• Willingness to learn CI/CD and deployment practices
• Clear communication and an eagerness to work directly with clients

Compensation and benefits:
The yearly salary for this role ranges from €54.000 to €66.000, depending on qualifications and experience.
The package includes a company laptop, with pension and other benefits provided in accordance with local regulations in the employee’s country of residence.
